The facility is absolutely lovely, The beautification of the property is exactly what you would expect to see for the middle of summer. Flowers everywhere and great colors. I was greeted kindly when I arrived and asked to sign a check in log stating my business and the time I arrived. I very much appreciate that process is in place. I arrived early and was offered tea, coffee, or water while I waited. I was given freedom to look around the facility while I waited if I was interested in doing so. I recently toured this facility for my grandmother, and I was incredibly impressed with the experience. Kristin did a fantastic job - she was not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also exceptionally kind and caring throughout the entire process. Her compassion and attention to detail made what could have been a difficult decision feel much more comfortable and reassuring. It's clear she genuinely cares about the residents and their families. Thank you for going above and beyond — your warmth made all the difference!
The leadership team and support you recieve at SP East is one of a kind! The residents at SP East community are family. The chapel is a beautiful and the space available for leisure activities is wonderful!
It was so fun and everyone was so nice. Well put together.
