Just had a great experience touring StoryPoint at Josey Ranch Carrollton. Britton was kind and very knowledgable and gave a very in depth tour. Update: They went up on rent. Took a year off of how long she can live there. Food has gone down hill. They can’t keep constant staff. The breakfast is a joke. They have a lot of work to do before I will let my mom stay! Looking for something else for my mom. I might find a room for her to rent, have breakfast and dinner brought to her every day, hire a driver for her to take her places. Find her a senior community center to join! She would save so much money! Unless they bring her monthly amount down to what she was paying…... read more
Love this location for my Dad. It’s the happiest place for him since my Mother’s passing. He enjoys his activities, outings and the Staff: The dining room Staff and team are his favorites.
