Professionalism doesn’t exists here. 1. Never picks the call specially after noons. Always busy. Appointment is just for documentation, you have to wait sometimes more than an hour even your appointment is booked/ confirmed. 2. At the time of blood work they don’t need appointments, they can send whole family at one appointment time to the doctor rooms as well but to discuss that blood report/ during follow ups you need to book appointments differently for all members.
