I would give zero stars if I could. This clinic is an absolute disgrace. We booked a virtual appointment for my mother, who was suffering from a head cold, as it was neither ideal for her health nor appropriate to expose other patients by coming in person. The clinic’s own website offered a phone consultation option, which we selected. However, despite waiting for over an hour past the scheduled time, no call ever came. Today went for blood work, the lady who usually at lab is very rude. Not polite at all, she needs to undergo some training how to deal with patients.
Dr. Kahlon has been our family doctor for over 10 years, yet, every year, this clinic has been more than subpar in performance and care. Numbers are more important than people it seems. Appointments is like participating like the Indy 500. You are lucky if you spend more than 4 minutes. Also, trying to renew prescriptions is more than a chore. This week, 2 requests for renewal for one medication were sent, and none were ever filled out. I called the Dr.s office and was told to call back tomorrow! Ridiculous!!!
