One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a walk-in clinic in terms of customer service. The front desk rarely answers calls, and even after leaving multiple messages, it’s extremely difficult to get a response back. Patients are often left on hold for very long periods with no resolution. Dr. Khanna is an excellent doctor and one of the main reasons I continued coming here.
