I have been a long-time patient/customer of Storybook Farm for over 25/years! I now travel from Penfield to Victor for the expert care for my beloved dog. I couldn't be happier with all the staff, but especially Dr. Lodge, the great Vet Techs (Kristen, Natalie) and Business Manager (Kathy).
We've been taking our animals here for close to 20 years. We've always had great experiences - even when the outcome is sad, they've taken care of the humans as well as the animals. The staff's love of animals is evident in everything they do. They offer advice and options in equal measures.
I'm a bit partial about Storybook because of 3 very special people who work there!
