I have been in and out of therapy for 10 years, seen about 6 different therapists through it all and I have to say Natasha is, just after ONE session with her, one of the best (if not THE best) therapists I have seen. She has a presence that allows it all to flow out naturally, she doesn’t judge, and the compassion she has is certainly felt. She gives you goals and mechanisms for action - doesn’t only just listen. I’m so excited to continue my therapy journey with her and I would 10000% recommend her!!
Natasha is an amazing therapist. She is kind, compassionate and will hold you accountable! One of my favorite sessions with her was boxing while we discussed my anxiety which was the first time I had anyone do that with me! Definitely not just laying down and talking. Very action oriented

This facility is one of the most beautiful therapeutic centers in the San Antonio area. Ms. Smith is empathetic, knowledgeable, and loyal. I couldn’t have asked for a better service
