DO NOT RECOMMEND SBK. I’m rewriting my review because SBK responded to my last review with excuses. They do not refund your money but issue a virtual gift card. Every company has a way to identify a gift card through a Point of Sale System. If SBK can’t track a person’s account then they have lack a proper financial accountability system in place to track all their financial transactions. Unbelievable selection of vintage-looking, but brand-new Halloween, Christmas and every holiday in between. Tons of glass ornaments, tree toppers, crèches (nativity scenes), Department 56 Halloween, Dickens Village, and more! Found the Tru-Tone brand Christmas lights in C-7 size and now they are LED and they actually figured out how to make them truly “GLOW!” Super amped that I found this store! Highly recommend you pop in!
So disappointed with this store, the rude answer and behaviour of the owner . I placed order for 6 christmas ornaments and recived totally broken- crushed ornaments. I sent them bunch of photos of damaged box from all sides, all the ornaments together and one by one, and she is saying that they are mot selling broken ornaments. I even offered to provide a prepaid shipping label to ship it back, they refused. The UPS is saying they have insurance and can open a claim, but she doesn’t want to do that.
