Chris and Lauren Landry were great to deal with. In and out the door in about 15 minutes. Chris took the time to explain everything, rules etc. highly recommend chris and Lauren Landry and storwise.. side note... facilitie is very clean.
Chris the manager is really rude to his employee Laura yelling at her as I was walking up to the locked glass door. Also, Babies should not be in the office and while I was asking about prices, Chris was too busy stuffing his face with food.and giving me dirty looks. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Great customer service
Renting a unit at StorWise on in San Antonio was easy inconvenient. Lauren was so nice and helpful. We were so glad she had us look at the size unit we thought we wanted before we rented it. We realized we needed more space. I would highly recommend renting from them.
