Chris, was very helpful getting me setup with a new storage unit. Prices are very reasonable.
This self storage place is “okay” - we would give it an even split 2.5 out of 5 stars if we could. The managers are nice people and pleasant enough to talk to. Our stuff was more dusty than we would have liked, I recommend requesting a unit that does not have a vent. The contract says that you need to give a 10-day notification that you are moving out and we assumed our payment would be prorated and refunded from the end of ten days to the start of a new month. Lauren and Chris at StorWise were absolutely amazing to work with! They were extremely helpful, very friendly, and made the whole process so easy. They went above and beyond to work with us, showing great flexibility and responsiveness every step of the way.
