I saw Dr. Tetyana over three appointments and am very happy with the service that she provided. The waiting rooms and foyer are very clean and the receptionists and MOA’s are friendly. My appointment time was fairly on schedule with a 10-15 minutes wait only. I am surprised by the negative reviews of Dr. Tetyana as I found her very pleasant to work with. I am giving this place 5 stars because of Dr Ting. She is efficient, does what she is supposed to do, doesn't personally waste your time, and is objectively a skilled medical provider. I've been coming here for 2 years. My advice if you are referred here is get an appointment, don't agonize over it, and expect the clinic to be busy and hectic and low grade annoying. The reviews are accurate. The dermatologist didn’t spend any extra time on patients, very quick turnaround (feels like it’s so they can see more patients $$). What I was disappointed about was the lack of explanation on what procedure and what to expect after and after treatment. It’s very concerning to be doing skin treatments on your face and just booked it and pushed through.
Excellent clinic. I'm happy with the care I receive here.
