They scheduled an appointment for me after receiving a referral, when I called to say this random time you chose doesn’t actually work for me, the receptionist was so unbelievable rude (after I finally got through to an actual human). She wasn’t willing to tell me when appointments later in the day were available, it was the strangest way to schedule something I have ever experienced. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Khlabatyn. From the moment I arrived, the clinic felt welcoming, professional, and very well organized. The dermatologist was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and explained everything clearly so I felt comfortable and confident in the treatment plan. The level of care and attention to detail from the entire team was outstanding. I never felt rushed and felt like they truly care about their patients. Not impressed with this clinic and will be looking elsewhere. I’ve been waiting 10 business days for them to return my messages. Front desk staff are horrible, as are the assistants. Dr Storwick is lovely, BUT he is never there, and the other female MD talks to you like you’re a child. Fully agree with many of the other negative reviews.
They never answer the phone, don’t return messages at all, are incredibly late ALL the time, the doctors helpers (not nurses) are super rude, dont take accountability for their mistakes ie. I show up for medical appointment and they forgot to order the medication needed, need to rebook for one month later due to the long waits. Its down town location is horrible.
