Was prompt, helpful, and friendly. All EASILY, EASILY done online. There were helpful informative Welcome Texts and rental info/instructions to secure the storage. When I had a question and called them, I had to leave a message. I didn't have to wait but a few minutes and Mylyn called me right back and answered my questions. She was professional and friendly.
