It's a breath of fresh air whenever you enter an establishment and you're greeted with genuine customer service and care. Great location and accessibility, fantastic rates and by far the best staff in the West end. The staff, very polite and well spoken. Ilona initially took my call and within a short time I was ready to go (thank you sooooo much for your assistance) and Laura put all the paperwork together in such a timely fashion! The ppl makes the place!
