I want to recognize the incredible service I received from Chad and Ashley. I first worked with them at the Lenexa location, and the experience was so good that when they moved to Olathe I moved my business there as well. They are consistently helpful, kind, and attentive, and they make the storage process simple and stress free. It is rare to find people who treat customers with this level of care and respect. I cannot recommend them enough.
We really liked this place! Very clean and adequate temperature throughout our stay. Easy access and very cooperative/helpful staff. We have had other storage units and this one supersedes them all both in price and in quality. We highly recommend it.
At first Stortropolis was good. Then after a few months the staff changed and they more than doubled my rent. The new manager said that everyone's rend had gone up. That's an outright lie. Since I use public transportation I am on foot when I come here. Unfortunately exiting can only safely happen when someone in a vehicle comes and goes. The gate can not be activated from inside. Chad is the absolute best! He was so patient and kind while I asked him 5 million questions. He also very promptly called me back after the first time I reached out. And while I could have found the unit on my own, he was kind enough to just take me directly there so I didn’t have to find my own way around. Last thing, this facility is super clean. He said they’ve been open for a year, but it looks like they’ve been open for a few days because it’s legit so clean. 10/10 would recommend!
Amazing staff and customer service! Faculty is clean and love the elevator!
