Ashley is wonderful very knowledgeable.She helped with any and everything to make our experience great. Eric worked very diligently multi tasking phone calls helping Ashley with getting paperwork. You guys make customer service with being in companies great again. Even though my husband had all of us laughing. He is a hoot.....way to go Ashley....my husband says he is calling corporate you and Eric needs raises...
Wow! Wow! Wow! Super great staff! Ms. Ashley Hawkinson and Erik McVay was very polite,patient, answered me and my wife's questions. They were also very informative and the tour was super great and the property was very clean and smelled fresh. I was completely satisfied with how they carried themselves and represented Stortropolis Self-Storage with professionalism,honesty and great customer service. I highly recommend them both for some type of award! Great People!
I had an excellent experience at StorTropolis Olathe! Ashley Hawkinson, the store manager, was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, ensuring that I understood all the details and answering every question I had. She even helped me troubleshoot an issue with the automatic gate and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. Ashley is very professional and I appreciate her letting me vent and then provide me with a better understanding of some information that I needed. I like that this facility is always clean and secure. I feel safe coming here even if the facility is empty. I appreciate you guys!
