Excellent prices, friendly and helpful staff, great location off K7, and a fresh, modern facility with everything I needed to store some things. Very happy with my choice!
Been renting here a few months, Beckie and Cathy have been great and I appreciate the ALWAYS clean restrooms!
The Olathe facility is clean, well lit, reasonably priced, well designed. These are things I expect from storage but the heart of this place is the friendly staff watching over our stuff. Cathy is the best!
The staff is amazing & very thoughtful in regards to customer service. I love to recognize businesses that exhibit exceptional customer service as it’s becoming more rare - my previous storage facility PALES in comparison….there is no comparison in all honesty. Becky & Kathy have been phenomenal & the facility is always clean….I’d give them 10 stars if I could!!
Great experience with Stortropolis! Very friendly and competent women at the front desk. Becky knew I needed a spot that I could back my boat into. One wasn’t available initially, but she had one open up and promptly let me know. THANK YOU!!!
