Scott was very professional. Explained everything precisely and was told I get the 2nd month free! The entire storage complex is very clean, as well! It's a real nice place.
We rented a unit to declutter our home for an upcoming move and had a great experience. This facility is top of the line! We signed up online and had access to our unit immediately at 9 pm. It was also great to pull into the air conditioned bay to unload my pickup.
Scott at Shawnee location was so pleasant, friendly, and very helpful! Facility is very clean with a lot of security!
Worked with Scott and he was great communicating throughout the process, making sure we got exactly what we needed without breaking our budget!
Clean & spacious for a box truck. i got a 10x10 & just wasn’t going to be enough for what i needed & Scott Woolery got me a 10x15 no problem, no questions asked. He’s a great guy & wanted me to have all the information i needed as i was heading out. would recommend this facility for anyone looking for storage.
