We reserved online and asked for hours of operation and showed up well between hours of operation. No one was inside the store called and a lady came out from another door. “She said I am not working.” I said this is hours of operation. She snarkingly replied saying I am not working. I said you are there can you please just give me the access code. She said can’t help you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced
Iesha is great! She’s been so helpful and responsive during our move in process. This place has an air conditioned drive in bay for the climate controlled units which is not very common. The place is very clean, everything from the hallways and unit to the stairwells. Highly recommend!
Reserved an indoor unit today and had the pleasure of working with store manager Iesha Jordan. She was very polite and professional. I highly recommend this place so you can have the opportunity to work with Iesha! Thank you, Ms. Iesha Jordan!
