The managers make up rules as they go. The gate is always broken and there is no security. Building is dirty lights burned out all over building. Restroom are disgusting. I called to complain and the same day I was told my lease would not be renewed. Not surprised it sucks it run by a Hunt. The office staff especially Nick has a I'm better than everyone else. He thinks he can stand at your unit and watch you. Guess there to busy playing with their Star wars toys. I would never recommend your company to anyone. Your pathetic.

Very polite staff who have always answered questions and helped in any way they could. Enjoyed our time using their services and Jen in the front office was always super kind.

Due to a family emergency, Arron could not be here to cut off my lock. Being Jen called another store manager to come over. Great idea. Saved another 2 hour trip back. Superb service. Thanks so much!!

The customer service is outstanding, they explained everything very thoroughly. We rented 3 units while our house was being built, and were very pleased with our rental experience with StorTropolis.

I have been at Stor Tropolis for a year. Extremely very helpful staff. Very nice & cool people. I give that 5 Stars alone. Plus the units are very clean & nice. The place is very new & spotless. If you need storage come to this place. You won't be disappointed!
