Excellent facility — very clean and tidy. Staff are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. David was very helpful resolving a billing issue. We feel safe storing our personal items here.
The facility itself is great. The man in the office is great. The company’s bait and switch practices should be illegal. They raised my rate by 58.97% after four months (only after I got them to lower it from an 84.62% increase), then tried to raise it another 64.52% ten months later. That’s a 161.54% increase from the first agreed upon price. Let me repeat that: They tried to raise my rate 161.54% in 14 months.
