Staff is great, there was a spill out of one of the units, I let the staff member know and he immediately cleaned it up. They are responsive and friendly
This is the best storage unit I’ve ever rented. The service was incredible and the facilities were immaculate. I wish I wasn’t moving just so I can keep the storage lol. The day I checked out, they caught it on a walk-through and called me to make sure everything was good. Incredible service.
Facilities are always clean. Carts are always available to help transport belongings. Needs and questions are always met.
Chad was extremely helpful and so polite! Best customer service in a long time!
