Fantastic service and health care, especially from Vaishali
I was first in queue and waited around an hour on phone for booking an appointment totally ridiculous……
Really pleased with the service this surgery provides. Same day appointments on two occasions recently even when I have phoned well after 8.00am. Excellent medical staff and very pleasant, unhurried and understanding receptionists who are far from the stereotypes of those in this role. I agree with the previous comment about the radio and asked for it to be turned down at my last visit. I found the music agitating which is not ideal before having your BP checked!
