Their business model is to get you in then greatly raise prices after 3 months. After a year they claimed my personal insurance was no longer on file and started charging an additional $16 per month until I again gave then a copy of my declarations page. There was no request from StorQuest for the information prior to the new charge. Facility itself is clean and seems relatively safe.
Place is nice but as soon as they were able to increase my rates, they jacked it up 20%. I dread to think of how much they’ll keep raising it now that there’s nothing stopping them from doing it.
At the end of your online rental process you will be given an option to purchase a lock. The pictures of locks shown ARE NOT correct. The locks needed are special and specific to the store units so don’t buy/bring your own. You will be hit for an additional $21 for this special lock
The building is very clean, and your on-site Manager is very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
