STAY AWAY! Elevators are always broken limiting access to your overpriced unit, staff are useless and combative, bay doors are typically busted so you can't even access the loading docks. I would highly recommend never getting a unit here. Special shout out to the employee named Sapphire. I came by to visit my unit and entered the bay doors on the King Street entrance. Extremely disorganized, and also expensive. As a loyal customer whos been at the location since the building was built, an on automatic pay, hence no late fee, I was appalled with how they operate, when they bought the business and all the customers in it from Storequest within the last 6 months. My bill jumped 100$ overnight. They also discontinued 24 hour access without alerting anyone. Their customer service accidentally gave MY personal cell number to another customer who was looking for customer service, and we ended up... read more
Increased my rate by 146% after 2 Months. Not very “Awesome”. update 3/24/26: Rent has doubled in 9 months. Be prepared for unexplained random rent increase whenever they feel like it. Its a shame there are no laws against this type of price gouging and taking advantage of people.
Nice facility but Manhattan Mini Storage bought this location, my rate has gone up $75 in a few months!!! Slow and subtle too, $25 every few months. I will be moving out ASAP!
Sapphire helped me move into my new storage unit (my third storage unit at Manhattan Mini Storage — and by that, I mean I *currently* have three storage units because they are that good. Sapphire was wonderful. She guided me through the necessary (and very brief) paperwork and got me all set up with my new storage unit. It was super nice meeting her.
