Extremely Disappointed..AWFUL EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY! My experience with STORQUEST has been nothing short of awful. Your call center is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I’ve been treated with indifference every time I’ve called with a concern. Excellent space. Very responsive agents at desk.
I move a lot and this is the third time I’m using StorQuest locations for storage. All of the locations have been super helpful and reasonably priced. And I would say out of the other StorQuest this one has been the biggest and most helpful.

The 2 spanish girls at front desk / customer service were very helpful since the beginning . It was easy to get what I needed and every time I was there felt very comfortable , thanks
