This place is kind of a joke and the only reason why I keep my Storage there is because I live in the community right behind it and it’s convenient first of all they give you online check-in so you can move in from the convenience of your home according to them, but then you have to make yourself available between the hours of nine and six to go into the office to have the office unlock your unit. Worst Customer phone service of the year. No local number for local facility so you have to wait on hold for a 786 South Florida number to get totally unprofessional responses. No business name greeting, how can I help you, etc. Only their name and across two phone calls, I got a number for the local unit that doesn't exist (with the wrong area code) and then an area code that is in South Florida. Skippy said that was the only number he had and did I want it. I questioned the difference in area codes and he hung up. If they ... read more

I’ve had a storage unit here for a year and the ladies who work here have always gone above and beyond to make the experience an easy and seamless one. I recently had to get a bigger unit and the switch went so smoothly thanks to Rachel Cline, the manager. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone in the area.
