Very rude . This guy was locked out of his own place is employment asking customers to use their phone. Who does that. I let him and later he renigs on my arrangement made with this location. So with a half hour open left he says he is closed and can't pay me and I'll need to drive from Castle Rock back to commerce City then come again tomorrow
These guys are rude and play games with your money to get back you .... BAD BUSINESS .. NO CUSTOMER SERICE
So I went on a site and auction bid and won a locker. I live way up north. I was even over my head a bit by how much trash and crap was in this locker and it all needed to be out so I rented the truck and got help and did it. I could have dirt balled them and took the good and left the trash. Deposit is 100 bucks. There was 400 in trash. But I get all out and go dump. I get called I hadn't swept good enough. Adam is always such a great help. He went out of his way to make sure we got another unit for a great price and continued to be satisfied customers. Drew was also helpful in making sure we had a smooth transition.
