Chris was so helpful today. I had a few hiccups with my code not working to use the elevator, and they were quick to help. Both Chris and the other front desk associate were attentive and knowledgeable! Definitely got to them if you need any assistance <3
The way the prices have raised is ridiculous, I do not agree with how the prices doubled for my unit. That is absolutely unfair and there were two increases within two months. Being given 30 days between each increase. Completely horrible and I’m extremely unhappy with how this new company came over and decided to switch prices do you not see the area we are currently in this isn’t midtown Manhattan smh.

Hopefully they will not raise the rental space. So far so good . I am happy with the storage. Its super clean and spacious and love that it is near highways,trains and buses. I found mouse dropping in front of my unit and in the corners. Though I pay insurance. I was denied my claim. Then they charged me for the monthly fees and a late fee. I was scheduled to make the payment in person and no one was in the office. I called the management office and the lady was extremely rude. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! The absolute WORST storage unit experience I’ve ever had & I have had plenty! They have a pest problem! RATS and ROACHES!!! They are never opened at 9 AM as it says online. Usually someone will waltz in around 9:30 to a crowd of people waiting to get in… Their gate is always broken so if you planned on using the main entrance, think again! Your bill will increase every month without warning. They lock you in at a low rate to make you think you got a deal then they up the price. Th... read more
