The storage units are fine, but the customer service is very bad.
Megan was super helpful during move in. Showed me the ropes, locked the door open for a moment while moving loads, and handled the insurance policy refund promptly.
Amazing. Ive been using them over the year and theyre so kind. The process is easy and fluid. Grateful!
