Bait and switch. They’ll jack your rent 30% or more a couple months after moving into a unit. Read fine print - they give themselves the right to jack your rent whenever they want in the fine print, AND THEY WILL. $150 more per month after they’ve got your stuff. They'll tell you it was an "intro" rate - but only AFTER they jack your rate (it says nothing about "intro" rates in the contract nor in the sales pitch at the desk when you sign up).
