Terrible experience with this company! Rented a 5x10 storage unit that is really ONLY 4x7 .... so sitting there with a truck load of stuff and about 1/3 of it doesn't fit in the unit.... and nowhere to put it. More than 20 phone calls over 10 days and the manager is never available and whoever is at the property "can't help" There is no way to contact the company head office or supervisor –calls just go in an endless loop from one number to another, never being answered and you can't leave a message – the system just disconn... read more
