This company is evil. They mislead about the rate increases. They increase rates with no notice. In 13 months, my small unit went from $29/mo. and now they are demanding $77/mo. As dishonest and evil as imaginable.
The customer service was excellent. From talking to the front desk to learning ho to use the lock, they very kind and patient. The place was clean and easy to get to our storage unit.
I just moved into that storage unit today and the manager there Stephanie is very awesome she helped me with my questions and answered them thank you Stephanie I'm glad that I came there to store my property again thank you for the opportunity.
Stephanie and Joey are amazing!! We are always taken care of!!
Stephanie the manager has exceptional customer service skills,she was informative. The facility is clean, secure, and i felt safe leaving my most valuable belongings in their care
