I literally just got back from the storage space. This is not my first time having to use a storage unit. But it wasn't MMS. My son has to store some duffle bags, he's moving back to NYC. I decided that I didn't want any large bags in my home, my home is neat and comfortable and I just don't want clutter. Anyway I left from work and walked to MMS, I appreciate the fact that it's in walking distance. I had a great experience with purchasing my unit today the representative I had name was Chantal and when I say she help me she really did she was also very welcoming and took care of me right away she did a tremendous job I was very indecisive and she was very patient with me and showed me all units, different sizes and different prices, That way I was able to choose from my options. I appreciate the Customer Service and appreciate Chantal for all her help.
