The unit I prebooked was too small and I already brought my belongings with me. Saul was super helpful and patient with me in getting a new unit and helping me out with pricing and figuring out the space of a new unit and if my things would fit.

Since the new ownership took over, this place has really improved. Saul and his team are professional, responsive, and much easier to work with. The customer service feels more organized and respectful compared to before. The facility is clean, and any questions I had were handled quickly. Definitely a better experience under the new management. I appreciate the positive change.
