Not enuff trained staff
They have a very clean & upkept facility, their prices are very reasonable & Andrew explained everything I needed to know about setting up my rental account. He was also very pleasant to have a conversation with. If you need Extra Storage Space then go talk to them.
Andrew was very helpful, freindly and incredibly knowledgeable, with all aspects of moving. Thank you so much for your customer service and your willingness to help.
From day one Erin the assistant manager went above and beyond. About a month ago I saw Jasiri when I was at my storage unit. He proceeded to kindly talk store and ask if I needed help. He then kindly carried the carpets in my car to my storage I was not able to. Not until after that did he tell me he was the new General Manager.
