Went to this location 4 times and there's never anyone in the office.
I dont like it when the provider raises their voice to me unnecessarily when I havent done anything wrong. Also, they tend to never be in the office, even right at 9am. I was made to wait outside in the cold until they opened the door at 9:10am and had to call my doctor to let them know I was going to be late for my 9:15 appt. And I got attitude for showing up before they did at 9:05am. Totally unprofessional.
Owners and staff have terrible manners and are very unprofessional
Great customer service, climate controlled storage unit however it is a pain in the butt when you want to cancel your storage unit because I had to take a few trips to the office about getting my account, storage unit cancelled. Otherwise you'd get charged again for the month when you already cancelled your account and storage unit before your due date. If it weren't for that I'd rate it 5 Stars.
Joe and Mona are excellent, professional and friendly. Their staff is a great extension of them. I have nothing but positive feedback to share about this particular location and its personnel. Lydia is helpful as well thank you StorQuest.
