I had a unit for over 8 years and the price increased quite a bit in that time. In fact, it almost doubled. Also, since I moved out 2 days after rent was taken out, I was not able to get any of that money back. This wasn’t a lease and it was only TWO days. So I ended up paying $188 for 2 days worth of storage. To all those looking for storage: look out for consistent rent increases and don’t expect to get any money back if you move out early. I think his name was Ian who helped us. Seemed very confusing and difficult to talk to. Three stars cause the facility and other staff seemed nice enough with reasonable pricing.

My rent has doubled in a year. As mentioned by a previous reviewer it seems they offer promotional rates to new people by astronomically increasing rates on existing customers. I am paying 400 for a 10 x 20 unit.
