After being garunteed a price lock, they change their rate in an extreme. I was paying $120 for a unit not on promotion and next thing I know its been bumped to $250 and its only been a month since Ive had the unit.
We had stored some things over a year at their location it is quite secure. Having it clean well maintained managed and secure was very useful. We also made an error on our lock and they offered to drill out the lock for free and provided a new lock for our storage unit.
I’ve been with this storage facility for the past 1.5 years, and it’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish. The units are clean, secure, and easy to access — everything you want when storing your belongings. A special thank you to Larry and Joe, who have been consistently professional, kind, and incredibly customer-oriented.
