Very nice, smooth transaction, at the Broadway and 3rd St location. It’s the first time renting storage so, I didn’t know what to expect. I called one day and asked if I could come and look at an available 10x20 unit. Scott greeted me, took me to the exceptional enclosed, gated parking area to load and unload, just a few steps away from the elevator! They offer flat-bed dollies to use for our convenience too. James is top-tier in customer service not only did he give me all the information I needed, but he also helped me pick the best unit as I was super overwhelmed and indecisive. The world needs more Jameses
This storage facility is very conveniently located near downtown and midtown. The facility is newer and has all the latest technology. The staff keeps everything clean and picked up. You'll always feel safe there. Staff is helpful and courteous. The only downside is the extremely high rental rates. Probably the most expensive in town. I could have rented a unit the same size in a bad part of town for half what I pay here. For me it's worth it but just come with a fat wallet when you want to rent here.
