Howdy. First impressions: John is a capable and professional site manager. He's very easy to talk to and understands the needs of new renters. I was impressed how he handled site problems, after loading my unit - the door wouldn't lock. I reported it and he assessed the problem, next he came back to my unit, with power tools and modified the door track, so it was lockable.
