Christina was incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I had all the information I needed. I was even contacted early in the morning, and thanks to her efficiency, I was able to rent a storage unit very quickly and without any stress. Excellent customer service — highly recommend!

If you are looking for a storage solution for longer than say 2 months, I would suggest looking elsewhere. As previous reviewers have pointed out, there is a bait and switch model. You go from paying $188 a month to immediately paying $314 a month(67% increase).

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been in my storage unit for many years. I do not have a garage at my house and I use this location for additional storage. Storquest bought this location years ago. It was managed VERY WELL for a few years when John Randall was managing it. It was clean, secured and maintained. IN the last few years, the management has gone downhill. The gate is never locked, there are people sleeping in their cars and the general maintenance is never done.
