Staff is super friendly and helpful, but I did not like that the majority of the time I visited, the entrance gate was left wide open. This includes Sundays and late nights when no one was in the office. I occasionally saw a pickup on the property I believe someone was living in. When not on the property, it was in a parking lot across the street. They said adjustable rates were based on demand, but at almost exactly 2 months, they raised my rate even though several units in my row were empty.

Excellent storage facility they are great pricing open 24 724 hour. I really enjoy their service. It’s very convenient. I would definitely use it again.
I've had a unit at this facility for many, many years. The previous owners constantly raised the rent, provided poor service (someone backed a vehicle into my unit door, exposing its contents, which was on camera, and they weren't even aware!) The current StorQuest manager is great, but I just received yet another notice from this company that my rent has increased AGAIN by $100 a month! It's like having a second mortgage!
