I got 2 storage units from Storquest in February. The representative was very nice, and we got a rate of 75$. I just received an email today that they are raising the rate to, I kid you not, 145$. You have got to be kidding me. I have rented for 2 months and they are almost doubling the cost. I attached a snapshot of the rate increase email. The facility is clean, and you have 24/7 access, but to raise the rate that much so soon is so wrong. Its not a 10$ or 20$ increase per month but a 70$ a month increase! Its pure greed. ... read more
Started at $70, went up to $140 after 3 months. No one gives you heads up when signing up. Don’t recommend this place.
