The staff st the Ramco Road facility went over and above to provide excellent customer service. I felt appreciated.
I had lockers at 2 different locations & was frustrated with one of them. then an issue came up at the other location & I was ready to be done with SQ for good but Delilah at the West Sac Ramco store completely turned me around. The site manager delilah was super helpful making sure we left completely content on our new storage unit; without a question or concern about the ins n outs of everything. Especially love the 24hr access ability given to those with auto pay set up! Highly recommend this location!
They offer 24-hour access for having autopay setup on your account which is definitely a worth it feature especially since almost all other storages make you pay a fee IF they even offer 24hr access. The manager was super polite and very accommodating. She made sure we were happy with our unit and left completely satisfied knowing my belongings are completely safe. Highly recommend!
