Very affordable, no stress, and convenient location for me!
I've been at this storage place for 3 yrs. They keep increasing my rent. The rent now is $287, which is ridiculous!!! I'm moving out in 7 days
Elijah has been absolutely amazing. His customer service alone is probably why I haven’t made too much of an effort to actually get my stuff out of there. The only negative, I would say, are the price increases. The sign-on was a nice deal, however, it then was 66, and only a month later was 88. Not really happy about that (though I’m sure he doesn’t control pricing), but I can’t have my belongings with me at home—I simply don’t have the room. I had the pleasure of signing up for a rental with Mari today. She was very helpful, polite and kind. The premises was clean, the process was smooth and overall I was very pleased with my experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a self storage facility in Mesa.
