When I first started renting here, I never had any issues. Even if I was a day or two late or paid monthly with a late fee, I still had access to my unit without any problems. Since the new management took over, that has completely changed. Now, if you’re even one or two days late, they immediately lock your storage unit so you can’t access your belongings.
