The location is extremely well kept, and Brennon and Paulo are great and very helpful!
I had a great experience with StorQuest Self Storage. Susan was friendly, professional, and very helpful in getting my unit booked quickly and easily. The facility itself is super clean, well lit, and secure, which gave me peace of mind right away. I also appreciate how convenient the location is to the F and C sections of Palm Coast. Highly recommend!
This review is being submitted to recognize the outstanding customer assistance provided by Susan (not a review of StorQuest, the business). There was confusion on my part with regard to a miss understanding about when closing out a storage unit prior to next billing date, a pro-rated refund is issued (Does not happen).
