Terrible experience with this place, I drove several hours to get here. When I went to check in they said sorry we don’t see you in our system. They also said they had no rooms available either after I paid for this place several weeks in advance. Basically just told me sorry can’t help you and that was it.
Weird situation, I actually booked at Lodges at Table Tock and when we arrived we were instructed by a piece of paper on the door that we had to check in at Stormy Point (5 miles away on the other side of the lake arm) The check in lobby was loud, and difficult to hear and understand the receptionist. Once we finally got checked in you had to go to another desk for a parking pass and that woman said our reservation came with a $200 entertainment credit, then tried to convince us to attend a 30 min seminar about their various... read more
The pool is over sold. It's nice, but with one slide, if your kids are over 8, there is limited areas they can use. We also had to boil all our water, and when we did it left white stuff all over everything. We ended going to Walmart to get ice and water. Very disappointing for a resort like this.
