Everything was good except for the mattresses. Like sleeping on concrete.
Very disappointing as owners. We experience multiple issues and got no response after being told.We 'd be called back about a couple of the issues we experienced during our stay. The adult pool was out of order most of our trip and we got food from the pool bar, and it was absolutely terrible and we could not eat it. When we called the front desk to notify them about the terrible food, we were told that we'd be contacted back and were never contacted.
