Looong line for check in. Unit is OK, but needs maintenance. Exterior needs serious cleaning and maintenance. Kitchen clean and well stocked. Bedrooms are small, but probably ok for the short stay. We rented a 3 bedroom 2 bath villa via timeshare exchange, so probably got an older unit.
Very friendly staff but takes a long time to set things straight
The only reason I nocked it down to a 4 star is because we were told they had pools and when we got there 2 pools were down along with the water slide. The view was beautiful and the staff was always accommodating.
Front desk staff is occupied and rude.
