I had an absolutely excellent experience with this company. They communicated well and were able to fit me in even during their busy schedule. They also offered to come out for a training and come back if any further problems arose. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.
Had an issue with the boat not being able to start. Charlie figured it out was bad fuel. Don’t know if someone sabotaged my fuel or got bad fuel from a gas station when I was trailering it anyway whatever was in the fuel did a lot of damage to my fuel injectors and fuel pump. He was able to get it running the best it ever ran. Unfortunately the parts had to be back ordered so it took a while to get parts. So he fixed it as soon as the parts came in. Great job. Purchased an older boat that needed a lot of work ,owner Charles , Chris, Jay,Nick their work is excellent and fair ,treated me like they have known me for years these guys are spot on
We had a major issue while traveling on the upper Hudson River. We had to be hauled to Whites Marina on the Hudson where we met Chaz (Charles). We need our prop repaired and our transmission repaired. Chaz was able to take care of everything for us! Even working to midnight to get us back on the water! We were truly in the best of hands!
