Storms Auto is an amazing place their passing for cars is unrivaled!! They genuinely care about their customers i have witnessed his come in early, stay late to make sure women get their cars so they can take their kids to the Dr. He donates to so many organizations that people have no idea about!! I called and made an appointment to have a front end alignment completed. I showed up almost 20 minutes before my appointment time, and drove all the way from Huntington, West Virginia. The guy then tells me that they’re probably not gonna be able to get to me as his equipment broke. But yet he didn’t have the common courtesy to call me to reschedule which resulted in me missing work and driving from Huntington for nothing…..
