Very difficult to call and talk to anyone. When we called to try to be a customer, a 3rd party company answered the phone and could not answer any questions, other than forward a message. We left a message at the beginning of the day and it's nearing the end of the day and we haven't received a call back yet. Their office hours are 10am-3pm only. I guess storage units are the world's best cash-cow business after all.... "If you build them, they will come". ... and you don't even need to be there. :)

Worst place to do business with. We called them February 12 but since we spoke to their customer service answering company it did not validate our termination of lease. We had to speak with the Directly even though you can’t ever get ahold of them. Charged us for 3 months after moving out. No refund. Nothing. Had to go in person and cancel @ even then they still took 2 more months of payments.
