“ Manuela “ the lady at the front desk at Radiology was quite rude , abrasive, and condescending when I asked about my husband’s appointment time. She was confrontational as well. She needs to be in the back instead of being the “ face “ of Radiology when she lacks decorum with the public. 8/12/2024
