I went into this not thinking therapy would help. And sadly I was right. I was referred to here after having non epileptic seizures from ptsd, anxiety and stress. I can’t tell what emotions I’m feeling it’s hard for me. They were thinking I have autism which is helpful to know. We recently switched from IRWIN to Stormont vail and I've been more than pleased with the care we've received. Although it does take some time to get initial intake appts, the providers took our issues seriously and was able to get me an appt with a different provider as well as behavioral health quickly. Everything is done at Stormont vail from labs to appts and they even have a coffee shop, so its nice not to be shuffled all over town for appts. Called twice to try and set up an appt, first time the lady said they didn’t take UHC and tried to tell her that my husband had made an appointment and received care already on the same insurance. She said, “Idk what you want me to say we don’t take your insurance and will have to pay out of pocket” I asked if I could still make an appointment and talk to someone in person and she told me nothing would change in person so I said okay and she hung up.
