Very grateful. Stormguard Roofing took on a very tough full re-roof with many upgrades and repairs required. Most competing companies just quoted themselves out significantly or refused to quote. The re-roof was completed at the most difficult time for weather, with very heavy rain and wind for months. They soldiered on and we remained patient and considerate, and ended up with a great finish. Thank you.

I accepted a quotation for roof replacement and paid a deposit. 7 months later still no work done. I called periodically throughout the 7 months to be told each time someone would contact me in a weak. No one ever called. Jemma, their receptionist, gave me the number of their carpenter for tie downs to organise the time myself. He stated he wasn't doing the job because Stormguard owed him money. Stormguard Roofing recently refurbished my tile roof and I can’t speak more highly of the service. The job was very reasonably priced, high quality service/ response time and most importantly the tradesman’s was very knowledgeable with 30+ experience. He was awesome finding all the leak issues giving me the peace of mind it’s fixed properly and at a high standard. I’m so grateful for Alan’s knowledge and skill set, definitely 5 star business

Waited 72 days for three flashings to be fitted only to find out the quote was for two and not three as discussed at the site visit. Not a single call back from Jemma after my partner and partner called to get things sorted. I called upto 3 months after so 6 months in, only to be told again by Jemna "I call you tomorrow". We're still waiting.
