Lady with long grey hair rude & very opinionated. Thinks she know every everything. The store setup is not user friendly. Lighting is poor & if you want to look at seed beads you practically have to lay on the floor to see bottom seed beads displayed. She doesn't care what she says to you in front of other customers. The other thing that was absolutely disgusting was how filthy dirty the store was! I wouldn't waste the gas to go there again!!!!
