This facility has been great for my purposes. They have always had the right solutions to anything that I needed for my storage accommodations.
Lost 10k storing my items there!!!!! Got broken In too, they said “do what I can to look at the cameras but buying a storage it at your own risk” would look someone else trust me
Best storage facility in Hunt County. I have been there for 8 yrs, never any problems. On site management are awesome, always willing to lend a hand when needed. I highly recommend this business.
So easy to rent a unit at last minute and didn’t even have to go into the office! Customer service was great, it was affordable and a very clean and easy accessible location. They definitely helped me same day and even have promos to help with cost! Highly recommend!
From the first call i was treated with someone very welcoming. I chose to go through the process over the phone and everything went smoothly. I and let me repeat I took my things to the facility and put them in the wrong unit. HA! HA! I received a call because management thought i had not started storing there. I explained my mistake and the unit i put things in and they were so understanding they just switched the unit numbers out. I was greatful that i did not have to move my things again.
