From the first call i was treated with someone very welcoming. I chose to go through the process over the phone and everything went smoothly. I and let me repeat I took my things to the facility and put them in the wrong unit. HA! HA! I received a call because management thought i had not started storing there. I explained my mistake and the unit i put things in and they were so understanding they just switched the unit numbers out. I was greatful that i did not have to move my things again. IV been here for years and they have been AMAZING !! They have worked w me during hard times, super understanding, and I have not had any issues with anything in my storage , IV went months wo checking on my stuff bf and when I returned EVERTHING was still perfectly the way I left it. I wish there was access 24/7but that's ok bc I know I'm happy with untrusting them.

I love the people that work with us they are super nice! The storage is a great place and cheaper than the rest of the places I called!! Will continue to store with them now and in the future!!
