I reached out to Storm Team to take a look at a leak we had in our (almost brand new) roof - some other roofing company had installed it and evidently did poor work. Storm Team's general manager, Scott, called and was able to get to work on our roof in less than a day. He kept me updated with information as they got it themselves, and they were able to fix it quickly, professionally, and with great customer service. I reached out to Storm Team to take a look at a leak we had in our (almost brand new) roof - some other roofing company had installed it and evidently did poor work. Storm Team's general manager, Scott, called and was able to get to work on our roof in less than a day. Well, here we are 5.5 yrs later. We have had 2 leaks to occur. Both times, I have contacted STC, and both times, a person came out to repair roof leak. This last time, the repairer stated there were nails sunk in too far. Which allowed water to rust the nails and water get past, causing a leak. So now I have water spots in my living room and bedroom(water stains and sheetrock damage). I'm being told the roof is out of warranty, and the only thing they can do is have someone come out to inspect the roof. Nothing else they can... read more
