I called Storm Solutions and asked them to come take a look at the anchors and screws on my house after the hurricane. On the scheduled day of service, they said they would be at my house between 10 and 2. At 2:00 I called them and asked where they were. I was told that they came by my house and since my road was under construction they couldn’t find a place to park. What?!
