I wish I would have gone into litigation with this company. Worst customer service ever! Women, be very careful when working with men. This company is a scam. They swooped into a community and took on over 600 roofing and siding jobs and had NO roofing or siding company to do the work. Took 7 MONTHs before they even sent a crew out to the job. Shoddy work! I signed up for repair of my roof and siding in June of 2019. They finished January of 2020. Many, many promises and excuses. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
We were first visited by their representative, Ryan F***, in July of 2019. Our roof is extremely damaged from the hail/storm from last year. We have been through the entire process of filing with ***** ****Insurance, to have the work done. We've paid a $1K money order to cover our deductible, some time ago. Now, TEN MONTHS later, and we still have not had our roof completed. When we contact Ryan F***, he simply states that the "Production Manager" would call us and let us know. We have heard nothing. I've been trying to get in contact with manager/owner with no success. Very urgently need to get my roof repaired.
This company is a joke, they do not return phone calls, they take patches from your roof and disappear! Do not use this company!!

WORST “contractor” I have ever worked with. They over promise and DO NOT deliver. They don’t pick up their phones and when they do, they set up and appointment with you that they end up canceling; coming up with poor excuses to why they can’t do their job.
