Very poor after sale service!
Storm Smart--we have had two housed done by them over the years--is incapable of repairing damaged storm shutter equipment in any reasonable amount of time. We had them replace a burned out motor and totally lanai screen tilt and freeze-up a few weeks ago after waiting five weeks for them to get a technician to our house. I a couple weeks the screen started tilting again and periodically stopping when going down. Do not use this company if you expect to get anything accomplished in any kind of time period. We started a project to get three simple storm screens done to cover our lanai because the originals from Storm Smart were shredded. We contacted Storm Smart in April of 23 and a technician came out to measure the sizes. We were told by the tech that the materials from the year they were made were defective and the new screens should be covered under warranty. Of course, we got an invoice that did not mention any warranty issue... read more
