We had a TPO roof installed over our outdoor walkin cooler. We had a great experience with Reuben and his crew. Communication was great, a week out and during the holidays and they were there exactly when they said they would be. Out of 5 companies contacted for quotes, Storm Shield was the only one to follow through completely. Great job done installing our metal roof. It looks great!
Initially I had called and got no answer. I posted my original 1 star rating, within minutes I got a call and a time they would be by to look over where I wanted patched. Since that day I have not heard back from them as to whether they would be doing the job or that I should just let my husband do it with his back injury. I would not be angry if there had been some sort of communication beyond the one day being out here. This was their "audition" for when I start a full house remodel over the next year. It is hard to find a... read more
